Ingredients

1 bag of red lentils (16 oz) (washed and drained)
1 medium size onion
2 carrots
2 medium size tomatoes
2 celery sticks
6 cups water
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Wash and cut all the ingredients and place them all in a medium-sized pot.

2. Cook for about 40 minutes on medium-low heat until all ingredients are soft and mushy.

3. Then mix thoroughly using a blender.
