Add a flavorful kick to your immune system with this creamy, bright and cancer-kicking Carrot Ginger Soup!
Carrots have been linked with a range of anti-cancer benefits and success stories!
Beyond vitamins A, C, K, folate, choline and the minerals calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, and sodium, Carrots also contain carotenoids and polyphenols that provide antioxidant, anti-cancer, and immune enhancing properties.
In particular, two anti-cancer compounds in carrots, luteolin and falcarinol, have been found in many cell and animal studies to reduce cancer.
Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful benefits for your body and brain. The anti-cancer properties of ginger are attributed to 6-gingerol, a substance that is found in large amounts in raw ginger.
