Recipe: Dairy Free Peach Sorbet with Tarragon

The perfect dairy free dessert, rich in anti-cancer plant chemicals and anti-oxidants and healthy fats, potassium and magnesium from coconut milk.

6 ounces coconut milk

1 lb organic frozen sliced peaches

¼ cup organic honey

1  tablespoon fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon fresh finely chopped tarragon leaves, stems removed or ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon leaves


Place all ingredients into blender, start slowly and increase speed until thoroughly mixed.

Blend for about 30 seconds. Do not over blend.

Thicken by adding 1 cup frozen ice cubes

Blend until smooth for another 30 seconds

Serve immediately or place into 4 separate sorbet cups and freeze.  Allow to soften a bit before serving if you have prepared the sorbet in advance.


Use fresh mint leaves or fresh thyme leaves.

Be sure to remove the stems


Use soy milk, almond milk or hemp milk


Add ¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
