2 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
Dairy Whey Protien Options Chocolate Whey Cool or Chocolate Paleo Meal
Non Dairy Pea Protein Options Chocolate Pure Pea Protein or Chocolate Dairy Free PaleoMeal
1 heaping teaspoon Paleo Fiber (unsweetened unflavored or berry flavor)
1 cup frozen organic unsweetened dark cherries
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
If you like it thinner, add water or more almond or coconut milk.
Combine in a blender
If you have unflavored or Vanilla Whey or Pea Protein Powder just add 1 Tablespoon of cacao powder to make your chocolate shake
