You don’t need a barista to make a tasty chai!

Rooibos chai is naturally caffeine-free, but it’s bold flavors and rich minerals make it a perfect pick-me-up.

Spices including rooibos, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom give chai high antioxidant content which boosts your immune system and fights against the damage of free radicals.

The rare nutrients quercetin and aspalathin are found in rooibos, giving this tea the ability to reduce blood pressure and regulate blood sugar.

Although this simple tea is full of health benefits use caution when consuming. Rooibos may interfere with treatments for various conditions so consult your doctor before enjoying a cup daily.
