Cannellini beans are low glycemic: they metabolize slowly providing steady energy for hours and help reduce your chances of developing cardiovascular disease.

Some of the health benefits of cannellini beans are linked to their high molybdenum content which stimulates the action of detoxifying enzymes, playing a vital role in cleaning toxins from the body!

Supercharged with antioxidants, cannellini beans protect the body from free radicals that are linked to the development of certain types of cancer, diabetes, dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.

In this mediterranean recipe, cannellini beans are combined with zesty greens to make a savory salad that will leave you lost in flavor. Enjoy the taste and let the beans do all the work in creating a healthy body!
