Yield: 3 Cups
2 semi-ripe mangos, chunked
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 medium red onion, peeled or approximately 3/4 cup chopped
1 jalapeno, halved, seeded
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Blend for 10-20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
