Portobello mushrooms pack a serious nutritional punch.

Portobello mushrooms are an excellent source of copper and selenium. Your body needs copper to form connective tissue, metabolize iron, and to produce energy and antioxidants.

Their polysaccharide and beta-glucan components also exhibit anti-cancer properties.

Plus, adding mushrooms to your diet can help increase your fiber intake, and lower your risk for heart disease and high cholesterol.
